Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.

To cancel or request a return, email hello@coremolecule.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.

You must return the product within 14 days of telling us that you wish to cancel. Unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service.

Change-of-mind returns

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return if the product pouch or its seal has been opened or broken. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect products

Please check your order when it arrives. If the product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us at hello@coremolecule.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. We will cover reasonable return costs where the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Refunds

For an eligible change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the product price and any standard delivery charge paid. Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery service are not refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to place the refund into your account.

Subscriptions

The same return conditions apply to products purchased through a subscription. Cancelling or returning one delivery does not automatically cancel future subscription orders. You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or by contacting hello@coremolecule.co.uk.
