We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, quantities, prices and images. Packaging and appearance may occasionally differ slightly from website images without affecting the product’s essential characteristics.
Our food supplements should be used according to the instructions on the packaging.

- ORDERS

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, the price or product information contains a clear error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue a refund.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any delivery charges or discounts will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use that payment method.
Prices and promotions may change, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS
Where you choose a subscription, you authorise us to take recurring payments and send repeat deliveries at the price and frequency shown when you subscribe.
You can manage or cancel your subscription using the link provided in your subscription or order emails, or by contacting hello@coremolecule.co.uk.
A cancellation applies to future orders. If a subscription order has already been processed, our Return and Refund Policy will apply. Further information is available in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
- DELIVERY
We will deliver to the address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, but we will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe.
The product remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you or to a person you have identified to receive it. Please contact us if your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days.
- CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use services provided by companies such as Shopify and payment providers. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Core Molecule is powered by Shopify, but purchases made through this store are made directly from Core Molecule.
We are not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites that we do not control.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of your statutory rights.
