Shipping policy

UK DELIVERY

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery is included in the product price. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DELIVERY TIMES

Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

You will receive tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact hello@coremolecule.co.uk as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, contact hello@coremolecule.co.uk with your order number. We will investigate the delivery with Royal Mail.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, contact hello@coremolecule.co.uk as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the packaging and product.
